For The Ladies Only - Once You Have the Right to be Equal the Rest Is Up To You.

Alright Ladies,

We do have the right at least in the USA to work, vote, earn, control our bodies .. every thing.  So, being equal is up to us.  Nobody is going to "make" you equal.  Maybe the men got a head start and we need to catch up.  However, there is nothing more to ask anyone for.  It is now in our hands.  

I don't want you to tell my daughter she doesn't have the opportunity to be equal because she does.  It might take hard work, she might encounter someone who is misogynistic or who wants to focus on her physical beauty instead of her skills.  I want her to know her fate is in her hands.  She doesn't need a gender studies course she needs business, science, and math courses.  She doesn't need stats on everything that some perceive as unequal, she needs to see her potential, and her ability to make it.  

None of that matters, you can carry a sign until the end of days, are you asking for permission to be equal?  Just get out there and BE equal.  You don't need a sign or a march.  

Don't degrade yourself with a pussy hat and a sign.  Get out in the world and earn, be smart, take care of business and be equal!  Who are you appealing to with your signs?  The patriarchy?  Why?

Don't let the government force equal wages, what if you are better at your job than your co-worker?  Do you only want to make what he makes?
