i think there are spectrums of bad and good arts but that it is subjective per every person's tastes, so in aggregate, there are probably NO bad arts, but in microcosm, there are ALL sorts of bad arts.

So, in short: There is NO bad art, and there ARE very many bad arts, simultaneously !

    Hahaha yessss!!! It's a hell but worth it experience though. I developed discipline and all other skills because of it.
