What is this bird?

Yesterday I met a new amazing bird. On the way to dentistry above the OR Township, I noticed something slipping in my legs. I thought it was a chicken. But then I realized what I see first. He has a huge beak and fingers with which he grips very tightly. Strange yellow hairs.

I took a couple of photos and released the bird. He calmly, without nerves, went into the bushes. And then he watched me from there.
