It is a species of South American bird of the genus Campylorhynchus. It is located in Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana and part of Brazil. It feeds on insects and their eggs, which they look for among the trunks taking advantage of their long beaks; You can also ingest arachnids. It inhabits pastures, reeds, gardens and farms.
