We are often shrouded in fear. We fear the uncertainty of our future and our families. Will we succeed in the future? Are we going to live healthy to old age? These questions create both hope and fear in our lives.

There is a big problem here. When we are afraid, our minds are confused. We see things that do not exist. Instead, we just do not appreciate the good things that already exist. Fear makes us blind.
