Fear: factors of life.
Falling, just falling, never stopping, always falling, a dream i keep reminding myself, but yet . . . . .
This is the situation i find myself today, the boys will say
strong man no dey fear anything(strong men do not fear anything)
But if i have one seemingly incurable problem in this life, it is the fear of falling from great distances, aka basophobia.
irrational fears and not so irrational fears.
Our phobia's are there to guide us, to direct us against taking certain wront steps. Naturally, human beings are wired to avoid certain flags, flags thay have been hardwired to us through eons of encounter with certain circumstances.

these are some of the things that we've been programmed, as humans to be apprehensive of.

People often acquire certain phobias from childhood, it is of my own belief that the fears we have today, are as a result of the situations and experiences we have during childhood.
i have a niece who is scared of ants, small insignificant ants.
traumatic experiences often leave a lasting fear of whatever that event was on us.
Youve probably seen the movies where the girl is afraid to kiss, or to love or to hug.
Whatever the case, it it not something that should be laughed about.
While it may seem funny to have a fear of chickens or alektorophobia, the individual exibiting such trait is often genuinely afraid.
scared of little things
At the end, whether an individual has a fear of chickens, or a fear of heights or whatever, one thing remains constant, and that is the fact that these people should be supported, not laughed at.
