A review of the android CoinPot app

On the android app store, there is an app that allows people to claim cryptocurrency using a collection of seven faucets that pool into one profile. The first faucet, BitFun, has the fastest claim rate, where you can claim 2 satoshi from it every three minutes. If you don't claim at this time it will continue to build your claim amount, however, the rate at which it builds up depreciates with time.

The second faucet, Bonus Bitcoin, has the slowest claim rate, where it will take 15 minutes before you can claim from it again. The amount you can claim is based on the current bitcoin price and unlike the other faucets, the claim will not grow in value if you wait beyond the claim limit. However, unlike the other faucets, Bonus Bitcoin will add five percent of what you've claimed in a day to your account.

The rest of the faucets are almost the same, they just give separate types of currencies when they're claimed. These faucets, such as moon bitcoin, have a claim rate of five minutes. Like with BitFun, if you don't claim right after five minutes, the claim amount will increase at a depreciating rate.

Another feature that the rest of the faucets have is that they have a variety of bonuses that multiply against your claim amount, like the loyalty and mystery bonuses.

Coinpot and its faucets also have web versions, but I personally prefer the phone versions that don't require you to drop your ad block to claim from them. Whenever you claim from any of their faucets they give you three coinpot tokens, which can be traded for other cryptocurrencies. The site will allow you to trade cryptocurrencies you collect for another type of currency that they carry, ie bitcoin for dogecoin. The site pays for all of its cryptocurrencies with the advertisements they post on the faucet.

I have personally claimed thirteen ten thousandths of a bitcoin from coinpot over the last five months, however I don't see this being for everyone since earnings are usually much lower when starting out, which can be discouraging to people coming in.

Amazing App, Thanks for the review

What do you think of faucets for cryptocurrencies in general?
Are they a waste of time or do you think they have real value?
