Community is key
In a forest of steem what does a drop of dew do? Well when hundreds of thousands of dew drops cover hundreds of thousands of leaves it turns that whole forest in to a lush greenery paradise.
Join me in an effort with @fatpandadesign to creat a group a whole community of minnows who help to promote and upvote eachother so that we all can have more influence
Maybe oneday we can all make thunderstorms rain in this forest every day with our thoughts content and oppinions

Thanks brother facebook is gonna die man. But for now were gonna use it as a tool how we want to increase steem power so our votes are worth more and we also want others with lots of steem power to upvote our posts we want to bring a group together and all become valuable and help eachother make some income off of everything we normally woild post on facebook.
How itll work is this youll start your morning making a steem it blog and a picture and a thought or something youll copy the links to those blogs and youll post them in the fb group page. Thrn other member do the same then through out your day on your break waiting for the oven to preheat during a commercial you go to the fb group page and click on a link read the steem it story if you want and upvote go to the next interesting link and upvote just like you would your facebook feed and all still on steem it but the only difference is your garenteed to get lots of upvote which equal lots of returns your in a community of people that are here to give feedback and positive notes of encouragement and best of all we all win itll help those of us just starting out on steem it who recognize the potential to really get a head start and become the dolphins and whales we all want to be on here cause we all know two years from now steem is gonna be through the roof its the only one of its kind and we want to be on that ride long before it takes off
We welcome everyone to come join us - we are putting together an incredible group of community members that will help one another to rapidly grow and increase the amount of our average payouts quicker than we would by doing this solo.
We have a FB group specifically set up so that our members can share up to (2) posts every 24 hours, for which they can ask other members to upvote, resteem, curate, etc.
If every member helped every other member when they were asked, everyone's payouts would exponentially rise, and everyone would win. however, this model only works if people act selflessly - we know that some people will choose to be selfish, and only post , asking for help, but never actually GIVE any in return.
To combat this, I will be running a social media analytics tool and each week, I will be able to tell our most active/engaged members, and our most inactive/disengaged members.
Those that aren't keeping their word to help others and continue to act selfishly, will be removed from the group and banned from re-entering.
We want to bring in people that are selfless, loyal, and desire to help others. This is how our system works best - the more selfless everyone is, the more everyone actually gets. It's pretty cool :)

Its up to all of us to recruit and bring members in we all have a unique group of followers we can share this with post about it on your forum and check us out on our facebook page its already booming on there lots of interesting posts and alot of people testeeming and upvoting the shit out of them
