Fasting Diary
Hi All,
Decided to start a 4 days fasting from 4th-8th September 2017. I have been doing intermittent fasting for 2 years so going on empty stomach for a day is no issue for me.
DAY 1
Date: 4th Sep 2017
Weight: 64kg
Slight hunger at 9.30pm. Drink about 1.5L of water. 2 cups of black coffee. 1 Vit B Complex

You just doing water/coffee or is it a juice fast?
Doing water/coffee fast. And I have no idea how to update or edit existing post after it is publish in steemit. Anyway i am now 61kg. Lost 0.5kg a day!! but i believe its due to water loss...
