Fasting Journal : Feasting Day 4
This OMAD was a little better than previous OMADs. I did take a 45 minute break between second and third courses (out of 4), but got everything packed into 2.5 hours. 4 strips of bacon, 2 eggs, 2 chicken thighs, a slice of liver, half a cup of fermented red cabbage, some olives, fermented peppers, a 1/4 cup sunflower seeds with melted butter, 12 medium shrimp cooked in butter and black pepper, and four celery stalks with cream cheese.
