A couple more handcrafted outfits made by Jo / modeled by myself : featuring the Homebody Cardigan

Greetings earthlings ♡ In honor of earth (day), I would like to share with you more creations from a small clothing company that works with Gaia in mind. This craft is so important mainly because the excess amount of waste and pollution associated with the fashion industry. Giving old garments new life is a crucial part of the revolution happening within this industry.. & just like Gandhi said, we must be the change we wish the see in the world. It is up to us! Today is a great day to reflect on what we can do for the place we call home in this existence.

This first pair of red shorts was re-purposed from 4 different garments ~

Although she didn't make the Sublime top (just slightly altered it), the other two pieces I'm wearing in this first set of photos were crafted by Jo, the mind & heart behind RainbwPeace. This cardigan was so comfortable to wear and I think it sold the very same day we took these photos. Jo calls this style her "Homebody cardigan" and I can see why. This is absolutely a garment you could spend lazy days at home cuddled up in...complete with pockets, batwing sleeves, & her own label.
