"The judges and lawyers will not hold the police accountable for their criminal behaviors.", this is absolutely correct and for good reason. The police are the street gangs for the judges and lawyers and they wouldn't have nearly the business they do without the shady criminal works of the police.
They are all in it together and the goal is to keep the prisons full and the money flowing, you can bet your ass these judges and attorney's all hold stock in these prison management companies that now run most of the prisons.
I can say that this country is for sure nothing what it was intended to be and it never will be because of exactly what you said at the end, "The USA is a military dictatorship." The people need to wake up and stop drinking the kool aid.
Having lived through a couple of military invasions of activist camps, allegedly, I have an up close and personal understanding of the use of military force against the citizens of the USA is ongoing.
Being half native and half russian jew I also know what happens when the military is regularly deployed against the citizenry.
Yes, people need to remember Waco too, good example of military deployment against the citizens.
