WHY SOME PEOPLE SLEEP AND FART

I guess they had not yet understood themselves talk more of understanding how their system operate. The food substances most especially the carbohydrate food substance on leaving the small intestine to the large intestine remains partially undigested , on getting to the large intestine the bacteria prey so hard on it to release the smallest molecule of digested food substance called metabolite, acidic substance and gaseous substances. The gas is released as through the anus as fart whereas giving room for another reaction to take place and release more gaseous substance for farting to continue (according to le chartelier’s principle)
POSSIBLE REMEDIES
Eat especially of carbohydrate starchy substances
Allow the food to digest after eating before going to bed (allow a minimum space of 1hr after eating before going to bed)
Drink moderately before sleeping
Eat less before night sleep
Take antacid if experiencing constant stomach bloated gassy stomach
Eat fennel seed
Eat mustard seed
Take yorghut
Do not sleep close to night bedtime
Take ginger
