Tree is witness to many sweats and reflections in my moments of rest in my work batches, it is a very tasty fruit.
The pomalaca, also known as the "pink apple", is a fruit that although in appearance it reminds us of an apple, in properties and characteristics it differs from the pomegranate. It is also notable for its high pectin content, considered by many specialists as a type of fiber. It also has vitamins (A, B3 and C), minerals (calcium and iron) and beta-carotene.
Originally from Malaysia, it is also present in Central American countries such as Costa Rica and El Salvador and South America such as Venezuela and Colombia.
