Organic farming is focused on agricultural production with respect to its environment to produce healthy, high quality food in sufficient quantity. This uses nature to extract all possible information, with current technical and scientific knowledge, without using chemicals or transgenic.

This type of agriculture respects the natural cycles of crops, in order to avoid the degradation and contamination of ecosystems, it also favors biodiversity and ecological balance through different practices such as: crop rotations, associations, green fertilizers (no chemicals), hedges, extensive livestock.

The practice of this form of agriculture generates more fertile soils, increasing the capacity of the agrarian system, recycling the nutrients of the soil and incorporating new organic fertilizers and nutrients that serve in the new sowing.

In addition, to make the most of natural assets, thus favoring the flow of energy where green plants capture the sun's energy, moving the entire ecosystem. It does not incorporate into the food substances or residues that are harmful to health or that diminish their nutritional capacity. It also provides the animals with adequate living conditions, that is, does not manipulate them artificially or intensively.

Agroecology is an agricultural production of self-consumption, which does not allow to alter the ecosystem in an irreversible way, based on the polyculture dispersed in the same area, where various agricultural activities are interrelated, such as the planting of tubers, plants, corn intercalated with fruit trees, citrus and medicinal and culinary plants that allow regenerating a natural ecosystem, with a rich diversity of wild and domestic animals.
