Foods that help raise hemoglobin!

Friends of @farms, it is very good to know what foods contribute to health. My grandmother needs to raise the emoglobin and I had to investigate some foods that raise the emoglobin, so I want to share what I found with you.

Hemoglobin is a red blood protein responsible for transporting oxygen throughout the body, so it is important to maintain an adequate level. And it is that otherwise it can produce an increase in blood pressure, constant sleep, lack of sexual appetite, anemia, among other things.

This is rich in iron, so it should not be lacking in your diet. So start creating your recipes so that you enjoy it in different ways.

5.- DRY FRUITS
Almonds, raisins, among others will help you to have the nutrients that your body needs. So try to enjoy a handful of these daily.
