Today topic is titled waterleaf, waterleaf is very rich in vitamins and minerals and is required for healthy lifestyle, as a farmer i ensure i don't let this amazing plant be empty on my garden, i took at time to plant this leaf.

Waterleaf are very easy to cultivate and are suitability in any soil type, they can easily regenerate and spreed across farm lands..... the uniqueness of this plant is that it contains water that helps our heart and blood flow.
