Crowdfund an Organic Farm Colony in NJ

I would like to form an organic farm colony in New Jersey.

My name is Scott Freifeld. I've been on my own since 17 and I've witnessed the struggle first hand. I want to create a place that people can go, who share my ideas but can't afford to accomplish them on their own. A place where someone can go to learn trade skills and independent living. This is why I'm trying to start an organic farm colony in New Jersey using multiple types of technologies. It will be self sustainable, give people jobs, homes and safe food to eat. It will teach people skills about living their lives independently and off the grid.

Technology has become exponentially evolving, especially renewable technologies like solar and wind. HHO from process of electrolysis has been perfected. It is proven that hydrogen is the most abundant source of gas on this planet. I plan to utilize my knowledge of electronics to harness this process and allow my farm colony to be self sustainable.

Farm colonies have been around since the 1700's. As soon as Americans settled upon this soil we have colonized. It wasn't until about 1970 that we saw the Staten Island farm colony abandoned. It was an economic boom after the war and there was increased need for work in the US. Now that we are seeing an unstable time in this world it is time to bring back farm colonies. Due to the increase of knowledge in organic farming technologies I believe that we can manage a very efficient footprint. Allowing people these privileges will give them a trade skill that can be used for their future endeavors.

Upon research that I've gathered over the past couple of years I've come to the conclusion that the homeless population is going up. More and more people are finding themselves in debt that they cannot handle. Due to the increase in glyphosate and GMOs food that won't kill you is hard to find and expensive. I plan to give people a chance to change their life and find a productive and healthy lifestyle. I can do this by creating a healthy food and shelter habitat for them without them qualifying for state funding or jumping through hoops. I do plan to see profits from the foods I produce, as I plan to produce more then needed. I also would like to open a fully organic restaurant in NJ if this goes somewhere.

Last but not least, a little background about my last name. I don't know much about my great grandparents however the meaning of my last name, Freifeld is "free land". This makes me think I am destined to do great things while giving back to my community.

Land permits, labor shortages, finding good help, USDA Organic certifications.

Myself and many people I have known have been victims of the drug war, (for me it was cannabis) and are now using cannabis to cure! However there is a huge issue, the land is way too expensive for me to afford on my own, since the state of NJ sucked me dry. I work 2 jobs to make ends meet right now. My fiancee had just enough money to buy a RV, so I have a place to live but nowhere to put it, campgrounds are full :(
