Absolutely @abhishekjain There isn't quite the need in Manhattan as there is in other countries like India or cities like Jakarta or Sao Paulo for access to fresh produce. Hopefully ideas like this can get popularized to the point where it isn't just a flashy architectural expression, but an affordable and efficient community option, possibly even initiated by local governments.
