I just finished reading the faq... I noticed steemit doesn't use miners. I could have sworn that I read in the past week or so that it did. Then again, that could have been someone's personal post that I read. Also, I noticed someone gave me 14 worth of sp to use. Thank you. A part of me wondered if it was rewarded to me for going through the faq, anyone else have similar experience?
