Excellent post, Really liked how you connected different fantasy sources like D'N'D,GOT or LOTR. But in some way I agree that writers of different Lores have the liberty of creating races, beasts, animals, spells how they see fit. I followed you, hope you're gone have more interesting articles like this

Yes, I think the same about you: the authors have the liberty of creating whatever they want but also named them in another way. Not that they use the name of a pre-invented creature.. that is how I think.
