The Name Of The Saga Fantastic Beasts Part 3…
Is based on an (imaginary) manual of Hogwarts, written in 1918 by Newton Scamander, mentioned in the first Harry Potter film.
Not a ton of the plot is known, but in an interview, cast member Dan Fogler revealed that the Fantastic Beasts 3 filming locations are partly in Brazil. He also teased that it is set in 1939 before World War II.
