CPS NEGLIGENCE - A CRIMINAL CASE

It happens so rarely, but it happens, and the justice wins!

One more tragedy caused by negligence of CPS workers.
They are always too much attentive (or better to say carping) to native parents in their crazy wish to ruine families, and they are often too careless in analyzing and investigating of foster families.

On November 21, 2018, when extinguishing a fire, the bodies of four young children were found in the apartment in the Russian city Tula.
2 of 4 kids were adopted.
There was a woman with the children, she received burns of 2 and 3 degrees, and she ldied in hospital soon.
In total, the woman had 7 children, 5 of 7 were adopted.

A fire center occurred in the children's room. According to the investigation data, the failure of electrical equipment as a cause of fire is excluded.

The woman got 5 kids from an orphanage in 2017.

The documents necessary for establishing guardianship were prepared on the basis of a medical certificate stating that a woman does not have any diseases that prevent her from taking care of children left without parental care.

However, the information in this report did not correspond to reality!
So in fact children were illegally transferred to the foster mother.

The authenticity of the documents was not verified by CPS workers, and these fake documents became the basis for that fatal decision!

And now the main detail that explains the decision and the carelessness of the CPS:

the woman was an adoptive daughtet of the local deputee Natalia Sarganova!

She was adopted in her childhood, and she decided to continue the mother's way, but it doesn't justify her fake documents and tricks with taking kids!

And of course her status of a daughter of the deputee doesn't let the CPS be blind and irresponsible.

A criminal case is a fair decision here.

But dead kids went away forever....
