Oh, my! This kind of info is highly disturbing. My heart goes out to the poor children who are part of the Foster System, that is supposedly meant to help but instead does just the opposite. What a scary world we're knowingly/unknowingly creating for our future generations. :'(

I'm so glad this familyprotection space (which has grown much since I was last here) is busy spreading such awareness and concern. Any step in the right direction, even the tiniest step can be the start of a successful thousand mile journey.
