Sadly, none of this is the result of bumbling incompetent leaders. As far as they are concerned it all runs according to plan, the only road bump in their eyes the noise those who are awake enough to see what is going on won't shut up about it. Based on my research, this all accelerated during/right after WW2 as the U.S. imported the evil from Germany here and installed them into positions of authority to continue their experimentation on an unsuspecting public. To expand their control mechanisms until they could operate in the open as they do now with little fear of retribution for what they do.

It is clear they do not view any of us as sacred beings, simply pawns to be exploited as they deem most fruitful for their sick desires.
