The cry of my soul - that needs to stop!!!

Hello everyone! In the last week there have been many posts, in which we discuss how we can deal with CPS. I believe that every case of violence must be made public. We know many horror stories, where CPS took away and even steal children. But even more terrible in my opinion are the cases, when children are subjected to violence in an orphanage. It's a terrible paradox for me to let that happen. How can you take children from a loving family and put them in an orphanage, where children are raped??? How many more of these situations to happen? Why do inspections of these institutions take place only after the media cover a particular case? I can ask this question many times.

In February 2018, there was information that in an orphanage in the Chelyabinsk region, pupils were subjected to violence. As it became known? Three families taken from the orphanage under the care several children aged 10 to 14 years. The teenagers told the foster parents about sexual abuse on the part of teachers and another adult male. We are talking about sexual nature against 7 boys under the age of 14 years. On suspicion in rape of detained a 51-year-old local resident. Back in 2016, the man received the right to communicate with the wards of the boarding school, so he often visited them, treated them with sweets, and also took them for walks to the lake, where he forced children to violence. In addition, the staff seemed to be aware of cases of violence against his or her pupils. Moreover, according to the media, for the possibility of such walks, the teachers of the boarding school received money from the man. In addition, some teachers themselves committed violent acts against children from the boarding school – in particular, a married couple. Director of the institution where the offences occurred, was immediately fired from his post. In addition, four staff members of the boarding school were suspended. I hope that all perpetrators will be severely punished and this case will be brought to an end.

Even if the orphanage does not record cases of sexual violence, it does not mean that no one mocks the children. I came across an interesting document in English. Former children from orphanages were questioned, here are some of their memories:

"This teacher in my orphanage was a very cruel woman. She used to work in juvie, and she loved hitting kids. She dragged me by the hair. There was a girl in my class that this teacher grabbed by her hair and hit her head against the wall. That girl had no parents either. We also had very poor children and refugee children. "

"When I was little, the teacher put my head in the toilet and hit me on the ass, on the sides, on the hands. First she hit my hand away when I was very young, up to nine years. Then she could take a Shoe and hit my lips. You could have been locked in the bedroom and kept there. And another penalty not given there."

Such memories are many. You know, I have a little daughter of 1.5 years and we are waiting for the second baby. When I imagine someone hitting a little kid with a slipper on his lips, dikes in the toilet, I go mad and I have a desire to dickle punch this freak properly and cut off his hands. After all the horrors we know about orphanages, how do parents feel when they are deprived of their children and sent to an orphanage??? I'm even afraid to imagine myself in their place. And because the parents fighting over their children, trying to get them back. But what about the orphans, for they have no one to intercede, why did they deserve such a dreadful childhood??? Against the backdrop of these horrors, such reasons for the removal of children as the rejection of vaccinations, dirt and disorder in the apartment mean nothing.

And the most interesting thing is, that the laws of the Russian Federation do not specify the conditions for the return of the child to the family, that is, according to numerous reviews if a decision is made to remove the child from the family, there is no way back. We need to completely change the legislation and change the system. It is necessary to retrain employees, conduct thorough inspections not only in the orphanage, where the scandal broke out, but all children's homes and on a permanent basis. So I encourage you all to tell everyone who CPS is and what they are capable of. Be careful in everything that is connected!!!
