Juvenile propaganda CPS has reached the scale of the information war

Hello everyone! I have already written, that CPS has a wide network of "well-wishers", who write complaints against "unscrupulous" parents. It can be as ordinary people and organisations (kindergarten, school), and you're legally OBLIGED to report your suspicions to CPS. I want to start with stories, where children suffer because of bad relations between neighbours, personal hostility or an exaggerated sense of self-importance. The first three history I've given on parent forums. The girl with the bad relations with her neighbor, it was really cold war. A neighbor is not satisfied with the odors coming from the apartment, we are talking about the smell of food and kitty litter. First, a neighbor wrote a complaint about smells in the house. But after checking, it was decided, that according to the act, the smell of a cat is not a crime. But the neighbor did not calm down and went on. The girl has a child, who is 5 months old. A neighbor said in the CPS about the abuse of the child, allegedly she often hears kids cries and stuff. CPS came with a check without warning and the house was not cleaned. CPS said, that they will put the family on the record and will come with repeat testing.

Second story. The girl has a child. When the child began to walk confidently, my mother began to walk with him for a walk without a baby stroller, because in the yard there is a beautiful children's playground, on which the child spends time. But there is a problem, in 99% of cases the mother has to fight and roar to lead the child home, because the child does not want to leave, but when the child is at home - he quickly calms down and plays on.On one of these days, an elderly neighbor, who sees, that the baby stroller is always standing still, asks the young mother: "Why are you walking a little with the child? "Why is the baby crying so loud and so often?", "You are all well, the baby's fine, you don't beat your child?", "And do you work, and husband works?". At the end of the interrogation, the neighbor added with dignity, that she will monitor the family and be sure to report to the CPS.

Third story. In the family suddenly broke the washing machine, because of this, the family flooded the neighbors, with whom they had constant quarrels over trivial things. At home was a young mother with a child. The neighbor came to understand and when she went to the apartment - saw a rope, that was tied to the battery. I'll explain, what it is. In Russia in apartment houses heating is included till the 15. may. But in the spring there is already generally warm on the street and hot radiators in the apartment becomes unbearably hot and stuffy. People cover a hot battery with rugs or blankets. Also did this young mother, only she had tied the bottom edge of the blanket with a rope, because the child all the time wanted to make a quilt with the battery. So here is - neighbor saw rope on the battery and asked, what this such. Young mother joked, that when the child indulge - she ties him to the battery. The joke came out very unsuccessful, because the neighbor complained to the CPS, who came with a check. In the first two cases all go off without continuation of, CPS came several times with checks and left the family alone, but the nerves shook great. In the third case, due to a bad joke, CPS mothers put the family on record and prepare a claim for deprivation of parental rights. It is unknown, what is the outcome of this story.

I have a question, since when did children become a way of solving problems between neighbors? Where people take the thoughts in the head, that they can complain to the family because of the fact, that they heard a child crying or saw the mother with the power of the child gets home? Do they not have their own children or grandchildren and have never been in such a situation? I recently met my friend, who I hadn't seen in a long time. She has a daughter, who is now going to school, she is in the second grade. We started talking about the kids, I said, that my daughter was going to kindergarten soon. And then my friend told me about the campaign, which conducts CPS and I found answers to all my questions.

It turns out, that juvenile propaganda has reached the scale of the information war. In Russia there is a TV channel "Home", there is TV show on this channel, that plays scenes from court sessions. So recently this show has shown the court, that children arrange the trial of the parents, it shows how good ombudsmen take away from vile parents of the martyred children and how wonderful these children live in the orphanage. This TV show was seen by parents of the child, who studies in one class with the daughter of my friend. The parents decided not to sit idly by and wrote a collective letter to the TV channel.

At parent-teacher meetings, hysteria about violence in the family is escalated, teachers offer parents to complain at each other. At one parent meeting came a representative of the CPS and included a film about the monstrous violence in the family. When surprised parents asked, why it is shown to them, the polite answer followed, that it certainly does not apply to them, but can be to their neighbors... An employee of CPS left the phone, offered to call in case of anything. Further, in the schools secretly from parents teachers force children to fill out questionnaires, which included questions about how parents punish kids that ban, what to feed, how much money give, swearing or not, what the house furnishings and so on. Thus, CPS collect a dossier for you, that can be used against you and your children at any time. This is a gross violation of the Constitution and other laws protecting the inviolability of the internal life of the family. Finally, CPS provoke children to inform on their parents, children in every way advertising the helpline. These are the ugly posters, that appear in our schools.

The poster is in Russian, but I'll translate it for you. CPS offers the child to call the helpline if "the parents do not pay attention to the child", "if a baby has appeared in the family and the older child receives little attention", "if the parents swear", "if the child thinks, that he / she is not needed by anyone". Note, we are not talking about beatings, alcoholism in the family, ill-treatment. CPS offer to complain, even in the case, when the younger brother was born... Then, in fact, ridiculous call, CPS pays attention to the family, and can pick up both older and younger children... Notice how disgusting are shown here parents: CPS are trying to impose an aversion to our children for us. In this information war, it is not surprising, that every person, including our neighbors, seek to suspect abuse in the family and quickly report it to the CPS to fulfill his civic duty.
