The worst CPS shenanigans yet. TEXAS..WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?? Seizing children without ANY "cause" ever shown.

This is outrageous, and it is a blatant indictment of the CPS, not only in Texas, but also nationally. When they make an allegation that they are seizing a child under a given pretext, then find out immediately that their own pretext is false, BUT STILL KEEP THOSE CHILDREN ANYWAY, it's close to militia time against these out-of-control bureauTHUGS. We know the courts, typically, only back up the perps, so what else CAN "we the people" do??

The lawsuit filed against Texas CPS alleges that they were routinely making the charge to parents that they were suspected of taking drugs, then, they would seize the children. The parents would immediately get tested, and the tests were negative, but, per usual, the damage was already done. This seems to be the new M.O. for child seizures in Texas, under the under-handed "shoot first, ask questions later" paradigm that CPS is being allowed to get way with by their partners in crime within the judicial system.

There is a short video of a report on local television, and here is an excerpt from the short article, as well:

"'We have several cases ... We have more than 10 cases. It's the same M.O. over and over and over again. They withhold evidence and they abuse their discretion and they abuse their power,' Marquez said."

LULAC, a Hispanic-American rights organization, has a pending lawsuit against CPS-Texas, but I haven't been able to find a followup (yet) on how that case is going.

Then, to top it off, we find out that it is the State of Texas that is now routinely drugging children with heavy duty psychotropics, telling kids they are just vitamins. There are a whole slew of articles available on the internet about this twisted travesty ongoing in that great "conservative" state. Here is just one example of those:

Here is an excerpt from that article:

"Children held at...a government contractor... that houses immigrant minors, described being held down and injected, according to the federal court filings. The lawsuit alleges children were told they would not be released or see their parents unless they took medication and that they only were receiving vitamins."

Lies, deceit, invasion of parental rights, assault, kidnapping....all of these crimes are being committed under the guise of "protecting children." To me, when you lie to children in order to inject them with drugs you are acting as bad as any Dr. Mengele, or Stalin-era apparatchik. This type of behavior, and the standard libtard "transference" we see acted out here, is totally beyond the pale and deserves a Congressional investigation and a total housecleaning within the Texas CPS.

I am not holding my breath. (But I am taking names, and keeping notes.)
