This is quite a superb list and a must for families with Minors. They all need to get one, you would be amazed to see how many caseworkers let their guard down thinking no one is watching!.

Although a tiny few state do not accept recording as an acceptable evidence in CPS cases but many state does!. So you can decide to let them know there is a camera in there, that way caseworkers would be mindful not to overstep boundaries, or you can keep it secret and catch them in their unprofessional acts!. Sound recorders are also good options.
