Parents to me has fundamental rights over child until the age of different between the Good from the bad this means till the age of understanding.
God's word speaking train up a child in a way he should grow so when he grow he will not depart from it
This also means no particular age
God's word speaking also that a child shall die at 101 year's
So looking at this biblical teaching or definition a child needs training till 100year's
It's the Good and the bad from our children determine the decorations of our environment or community

Yes, I agree with you but parental rights are undermined and families are broken up by Child Protection Services. This is happening in the US, Canada, UK and other places in Europe. So it is very important that by law their parental rights will be protected.
