Families should remain together. The abuses that go on in these facilites is well documented.
That is one reason why I love being in a developed country. The states have more limited powers.

Yes, naturally as all Political States do. It is still far from ideal. My only idea is was that in North America the State seems very concerned in destroying the family as an institution. Break it, in it's foundation.
They are not as clever over here.
