RE: CPS Drugging Your Kids For Dummies

Thank-you so much for sharing these personal details of your case. That must have been one of the worst months of your lives, and I'm sure that your family didn't recover from it instantly as soon as the children were returned home either.

It is so clear that they are not acting in the best interests of the child, when drugs are the first solution that they resort to when a child is going through a normal grieving process (over being removed from their parents.)

Is this supposed to be how good parenting is done? Every time your child loses a pet or a friend or a relative, or fails at something in life, and is grieving in a healthy way ... good parents are supposed to do what the 'experts' in child care do -- and drug the poor child?
If that's the case, I am sure glad that I am not an 'expert' at child raising. I guess that common sense is the old way and out-of-date!
OR these CPS agents are not even trying to help children, and know that they are harming children, and are using drugs on the kids because it is what is easiest for the Social Workers and everyone in the system.

THank you @canadian-coconut,
The fact is that in my own humble opinion and experience, CPS are not trying to help children.
