LIFE AFTER MUM WAS NO MORE.
THIS IS A TRUE LIFE STORY
Around the year 2000 I and my three brothers lost our mother. In fact life after that was worse. That was when I got to know how quickly human forget the dead. My mum sister who was taking care of us told us she can't do that anymore. So she took us to our father and made it clear to him that he can't take of us. Frankly speaking dad at that time was a busy man. He was still single so he needed to stop working so he can take care of us. He was a taxi driver. I remember he nearly killed us one evening when a car crossed our path without any sign. That was the day I will never forget. My dad cried himself to sleep. He didn't even eat. He has no other choice than to stop his taxi work and stay in the house just to take care if us after school else Ministry of Children's Affairs at that time will come for us and he will surely be questioned why he is not taking proper care of us.
We went through horrible and terrible moment until my dad met a responsible woman to marry who has been taking care of us till now. Even though he is not our biological mum but the she treat us is more than what you can imagine. She is a blessing to us since day one. We are always happy we met a woman like her to rescue us. My dad didn't go back to the taxi business though but he is now a one time cocoa farmer. We thank God for what he has done for us.
