Thanks for sharing this! This is very hopeful for many people I think. Unfortunately we weren't that lucky after threatening to blow the whistle about all those CPS and government agencies online we were silenced really fast. But it is disgusting that they told you in 3 days they will be returned and then do this.. Of course you didn't trust it on forehand, but like she said, you would have made a scene and that would either way be in your disadvantage :( sneaky people they are..
