Florida foster system

The problem with private enterprise taking care of foster kids seems to be a North America issue.

I just read an article I can post about later where it’s gocernment workers living their jobs in terrible places. Then I came across this article and now I’m kind of angry.

Same thing with Canada private companies. Kids are out wondering the streets looking for food; Kids sleeping at homes that aren’t their fosters homes, Kids being beaten and killed... and not discovered because no one is checking on them from the supervisors.

Because it costs money to keep track?

Private enterprise should not be involved.
