Breast milk is definitely the best milk for us humans, but only for baby's ... physiological we can tolerate lactose only in the first year of our life. But it's a good article and I don't know about this trend before ... maybe because it doesn't arrive in Germany 😅
Hahaha...soon USA or UK will export to Germany ..after Germany will export to rest of Europe! You can try home madmade fresh breast milk and update us!
