FAMILY ADVENTURE BLAST
Hello lovelies:
Another Friday adventure blast. Since the UAE weekend starts at friday, we planned to have a picnic breakfast by the park. The weather is nice, perfect for a trip outdoors.
As soon as Robbie (my son) had a milk, we set off and wait for the Bus.
It’s still winter here in UAE, It was cold when we left.
We went to bakery as well, to buy some hot “cheese manakish and karak tea” - cheese manakish is a levantine bread (from syria, lebanon and jordan). Similar to pizza and it’s truly scrumptious.

Karak tea - is a tea simmered in milk with some spices like cardamon, clove, ginger or saffron. Infused all together. It was a bit overly sweet for me but it taste nice.
I invited the baker to have a picture while baking bread and he was more than happy to agree, he even invited me to take a photo with there old fashion oven.
(This is where they do all the baking goodness)
They especialize and make different middle eastern bread and these cheese manakish is heaven for cheese lovers.
They also make pizza. Vegetable pizza is particularly our favourite. It’s all freshly baked and they are using only fresh ingredients, (that’s why it’s probably so tasty).
It not everytime we go for a breakfast by the park, so when we do it, we make sure it’s a lots of fun.
Robbie was enjoying the slide and the swing. He crawl around the grass. Played with ball and just meditating with grass :-)
We read some books and rest for a while. Truly quality time is always the best time. (Dirty dishes and unfolded clothes can wait till we get home, It wouldn't matter anyway, because were busy making memories) 😂
Another adventure blast to keep in our family diary. We are making the most of the weather whilst it still nice. When it reach by April or may, it starts to get warm, i mean really warm (40 plus degrees).
And more pictures before we wrap up our adventure and wait for the bus.
Go out as much as you can. You don't need to always spend money whenever you go out, sometimes, just looking around and appreciating the surroundings can be as rejuvenating and refreshing.

Looks like a truly wonderful day out... That clay oven and bread looks like the naan bread we have here in Malaysia... :D So many cultures have similar breads... I love breads, so that's a good thing! Cheers, have a good week ahead!!
Yes, breads looks similar especially middle eastern bread. I am not very sure what naan bread looks like but i have heard of that before. Is naan bread a pakistani bread?
