Your right It was a big step to take, to sell everything and just go out there and see what happens, now I think back and laugh about how silly it was to worry. Worrying is the only thing that stops us. Thanks for the feedback

Looks like a great way to bond as a family and clear your head of all the noise in today's world. I've considered it before but this summer I might go out and live in the wild.
I want to take it to the extreme and try to survive like Primitive Technology does on YouTube. I don't think I would last very much long but I'd like to see how long I can manage.

Was on the cusp of going down this road but it wasn't in the cards at the time it seems. Debt free, living happy and being with family, you've got it all! Congrats and I am happy to be following along now :)

650 thats a mansion :) the best thing about a tinyhouse is you can change the view and the neighbours whenever you get bored of them

Good advice! We traveled the USA in our 26 ft travel trailer about 16 years ago. We would drive to a spot, check out all the sites, get a couple of part time jobs and then move on to the next place we found. We found so many places that were wonderful, but ended up in the deep south for the last 11 years. Every spring we get the urge to pack it up and start over somewhere. c'est la vie
