Take time  

Work in the Office will take up almost half of your time. But once   home, the family also needs the attention of a father. Try to listen to   the stories and complaints of your wife and children, or ask them how   the day they spent at a time together like dinner or before bed. By   sharing stories and hearing each other's problems, the relationship   between you and your family will be closer to awakening mutual   understanding. The time given should also be time from the rest of your   day, occasionally also can make arrangements in the weekend for   activities with family.  

work out 

 Working makes your brain and your physical fatigue, but do not forget   to stay on the move. Exercise for example, will make your physical   appearance prime. This activity you can do with family on weekends.   Trivial things, such as accompanying children jogging, cycling, or   swimming, in addition to improving fitness, as well bringing you closer  to your loved ones at home. For maximum results,  do at least 4 times a  month or once a week. In front of the children,  show that you are a  strong father.  

Courageous
