Man Must Pay 65K in Child Support...For Kid That's Not His
And in the ridiculous but true category, comes this unbelievable story concerning the biggest joke in America, our Justice System. A Texas man is in court battling an order that he pay $65K in child support for a child that is not his biologically. Seems the man's ex girlfriend claimed he was the rightful father, so of course the court naturally ruled against him.

Just as crazy is a Texas law that states that even if one is not the biological father, they still owe support payments that accrued before a paternity test proved otherwise. So now this poor man has to hire a lawyer and hope a Judge reopens the case.
Good job Texas state law. You are officially the biggest disgrace in this country. You should be proud.
I cannot wrap my head around this even happens. Poor man indeed.
This is just another reason why so many Americans don't respect our justice system. I would hope the Judge reopens the case. Regardless, this guy is paying a lot of money just for his lawyer alone.
