I'm at the middle, the one who is wearing an orange colored shirt is my brother, the one who's in jacket is my sister, the one who's wearing a "La Salle" is my dad, and the one beside my brother is my mom.

Family is the greatest masterpiece given by God. It is like a treasure where all precious minerals are in it and that what makes it special. A time with them is a priceless experience because it is where you can find pure happiness and great bliss. With them by your side, all problems are neglected away from you for an endless helping hand is ready to approach you whenever you need it.

It was Dad's birthday and we went to Tanjay to celebrate his special day. I woke at 3 am in the morning to catch up the first trip of the bus. I was suppose to go there the day before his birthday, but my mom forbade me because I was waiting at the bus terminal for like 2 hours, all the bus were full of passengers, the rain is pouring really hard, and there would be no one to fetch at Tanjay's bus stop because dad was in his night duty, my uncles aren't home and grandpa cannot walk properly due to arthritis. It's a little bit risky if I would commute it cause it's very dark and danger is always lurking by, so yeah! the best alternative was to go home and go there first thing in the morning (wait, let's talk about dad's greatness and what was happening in his special day hahahaha).

I arrived there at about 5:30 in the morning and mom was already cooking something for the occasion. They congratulated me for traveling while I cringed due to their reactions. My mom made me chop the onions, garlics and the bell pepper for she was cooking spaghetti and - her specialty. She said that she would assure to finish the food before dad arrives so that he had something to eat . She swiftly did her job, but dad arrived before she could finish it (hahahaha, she was a little dismayed though) We greeted him a "Happy Birthday" while hugging dad and deliver our bestest wishes, he smiled and thanked us. Mom on the other hand kissed dad (hahahahaha, dad's face was very funny though) and mom laughed like a banshee when she saw his reaction.

He went upstairs to change his clothing and directly went down to help the tasks that's needed to be done. He didn't get to have a rest because he insisted to help, like he always do. He can't seem to bare watching us doing the chores while he was just sleeping, he's some sort of a workaholic dad and whenever he sees something that seeks attention, he's
gonna go and work for it. He doesn't care even if he's tired from work or something, as long as he can serve us and make us smile, that's his definition of resting. He's also incredibly supportive and provide us with the best he can acquire, he's willing to work at his full capacity just to give us the complete needs, our sibling's enjoyment, and his wife's happiness. He never fails to amaze though. He's the best paragon of a great dad. The word "best" really defines him so much. And everyone that knows him adore him so much.

As the day goes by, we were recalling his great deeds, reminiscing the funny experiences we had together and thank him for everything.
We have lots of reason to love him and one of it is his cool personality. We will forever love this man through the lifetime.
