If you're new to Publix, the spring water is the #1 item my family buys in the store. One of the few where you can check the source from the website. No fluoride, chlorine, or chloramines like we get in most of the tap water down here in South Florida.

If you eat organic, be aware that not all of those "greenwise" products are organic. Learn to read the ingredients people and take back your health!
