Festejando el dia del amigo, en PANAMBIºººººCelebrating the day of the friend, in PANAMBI

Hola a todos los seguidores de este plataforma social, la cual es de mi agrado siempre compartir, por ejemplo en el post anterior, donde hacia mencion en la visita que efectuamos a mi primo, en la localidad de PANAMBI-MISIONES-ARGENTINA, pue veran como justo se presento que fue el dia del amigo, lo festejamos y muy bien, compartiendo con tios, primos y amigos un excelente asado, tambien @jhelbich. @kurkumita, @egonz y @gracerolon.

Dicho asado se componia de tiras de asado de carne de res y tiras de asado de carne de cerdo, bueno tambien unos chorizos caseros de carne de res, todo lo nombrado cosinado con brasas de leños y al espeto.

Las llamas que vemos son de los leños que se encuentran a un costado de las brasas, aparte la misma nos hacia de calefaccion, porque hacia un poco de frio.

Sabiendo que dicha carne debido al fuego que la cocina, luego de 2 horas, la misma ya se puede ir provando como se ve en la foto y la verdad al estar cosinada lo que sigue es degustarla.

Al estar toda la carne cocinada la voy retirando por ewspedo o sea por cada tira y cortando en porciones, para luego ir colocando dicha carne en una bandeja y asi servir a los comensales.

Lo primero antes de servir este excelente asado por supuesto bien cosinado es bueno y en lo personal me agrada quitarme una selfie.

A veces dos porque siempre existe alguien que no estaba en la primera jajajaja, pero bueno despues de quitar otra ves otra selfie, comence a servir dicho asado que por cierto salio muy sabroso.

De esa manera, entre tios, primos, amigos y mi familia, compartimos este dia tan especial, el cual como digo yo, que el dia del amigo son todos los dias.

Hello to all the followers of this social platform, which is my pleasure to always share, for example in the previous post, where I mentioned in the visit we made to my cousin, in the town of PANAMBI-MISIONES-ARGENTINA, you will see how it just happened to be the day of the friend, we celebrated and very well, sharing with uncles, cousins and friends an excellent barbecue, also @jhelbich. @kurkumita, @egonz and @gracerolon.

This asado consisted of strips of roast beef and strips of roast pork, well also some homemade chorizos of beef, all the above mentioned cooked with embers of firewood and on the spit.

The flames that we see are from the logs that are on one side of the embers, apart from the same we were heating, because it was a little cold.

Knowing that this meat due to the fire that cooks it, after 2 hours, the same one can already be tasted as it is seen in the photo and the truth to be cooked what follows is to taste it.

When all the meat is cooked I remove it by ewspedo or by each strip and cut it into portions, and then place the meat on a tray and serve it to the guests.

The first thing before serving this excellent roast of course well cooked is good and personally I like to take a selfie.

Sometimes two because there is always someone who was not in the first one hahahaha, but well after taking another selfie, I started to serve this roast which by the way came out very tasty.

In this way, between uncles, cousins, friends and my family, we share this special day, which as I say, the friend's day is every day.
