Just Like Old Times

I noticed tonight that I feel lighter, and I can tell in the photos that I have lost some weight. @emaferice also told me that I am starting to look better, and I am starting to shave almost everyday too.

In a nutshell, my health is headed back towards when I was younger. I definitely owe this to the supplements and vitamins that I'm taking, and I expect to be in the best health of my life by the time I am 35 (March 5, 2020).

Sam and Chris are also making our life better, and it's a lot like old times: We have had people help us in the past, and it is always a joy to offer them new experiences. That's one of my favorite parts of having people help us in our house and @emaferice and I really enjoy the extra company.

In the bottom two pictures, Chris and Sam are holding a large double cheeseburger from Zark's Burger, and to my suprise, Sam actually finished it!

I look forward to more healthy days, more healthy thoughts, healthy experiences and eventually, really nice photos with my Love, @emaferice and our much loved baby @zaclucasrice.
