There is one job that is the world greatest and most rewarding:

Provide resources for the training of team members to bring up their competencies.
Responsible for the financial expenditure, cost savings of the team.
Troubleshoot issues and provide CAPAs for team members.
Planning activities during and after office hours.
Responsible for the cleanliness of working area.
Ensure well-being and health of team members.

At the first look, it might be just another job description. 😅 And you might be wondering what are the working hours, salary, benefits and etc..

The working hours are 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Salary is non-existent.

My mum scrimped and saved to ensure we have a good life. Forgoing her own dreams for our needs and wants.

Troubleshoot issues and provide CAPAs for team members.

My mum gave me advice on many aspect of my life - school, life, friends, work.

Planning activities during and after office hours.

My mum ensured that we were occupied with fun and games. She planned activities day and night to keep us entertained.

Responsible for the cleanliness of working area.

My mum was always the one cleaning the house and keeping it tidy.

Ensure well-being and health of team members.

My mum was the one who took care of us when we were sick.
She still cooks our meals to ensure we get the required nutrition.

The working hours are 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Salary is non-existent.

She do not get paid for it. There are no benefits such as annual leave or allowances.
