It is important that gastronomy is recognized to make it places of food consumption as in the case of the MAZ 🇯🇵 restaurant that has been awarded two Michelin Stars. IN allusion to an entire boom, which is being experienced and are examples of such a level that ceviche has been declared an eternal dish of humanity, for tourist and gastronomic consumption in the country.
It is at that moment of extraordinary level that this inspiring project full of talent and purpose stops. We have a lot to thank the gastronomic community from all over the globe and for their unwavering support: the chefs, countless guests, various suppliers and the artisans.
Also giving eternal thanks to @michelinguide for believing in the incredible Peruvian biodiversity, culture and mutiplural and pluricultural identity.

When can to write more and more about this type of publications, are excellent, in special when people and in specially persons in my dear Peru, all for this part of planet love this publications and other similar. Debes mirar mejor una publicación, y no ser un boot más. Para empezar si bien la publicación tiene imagen en español, el escrito está en inglés y hay una parte en español, lo que de por sí enuncia y manifiesta que además de ser actos boots, algo no está en la edición. La justificación debida me la guardo para una persona que no cometas esos horrores gigantes de su labor porque son varias veces y en casos reiterados que los hace y con uno. Asumiendo que no seré la única víctima de una mala labor de tu parte y por la cuál siempre es más cansado e incómodo publicar en esta plataforma. Son la suma de pésimos y malas revisiones de las ediciones que nos alejan a los que publicamos de cualquier trabajo.
Al menos usa el criterio mínimo, y peor si no es evidente que manejes la pluralidad de idiomas mínima requerida para las correcciones debidas.
