The Fakenews Incubator-Baby-Killing Iraqis - TIL a Conspiracy Reality about the Gulf War
The public saw a poor 15 year old crying Kuwaiti girl testifying to the US Congress that she saw Iraqi soldiers pulling Kuwaiti babies from incubators, leading to their deaths.
Why is she saying this, if it's not true?
August 2nd, 1990, Iraq attacks Kuwait, claiming Kuwait is slant drilling into Iraq and stealing it's oil.
Big Daddy Bush wanted a war with Iraq, but polls show half of the country isn't interested in going to murder people somewhere else. Sound like WWII and FDR? Well, yup, pretty similar. Instead of an attack to justify going to war, the Persian Gulf War was justified through a crying liar.
Listen to this few seconds video of the little liar hoax her way into convincing people to get their family and countrymen to go murder people in another country, and fight for a country that was stealing resources from another country.

Get emotionally enraged at baby killers. Where is the space left to think? Nowhere. It's a huge emotional appeal to feed you a story-narrative and get you to accept it without question due to it's emotional appeal to drive and motivate you to act. This is social engineering. Get you all raged up and wanting action to be done. 9/11 had the same excitement and demand for war.
Who doesn't get enraged at baby killers, right? Might as well call them baby eaters! But I guess that would be way to obvious how much of a hoax it was.

The story helped the US win major public support for the war they wanted to create. This was all later exposed as a hoax, yet people still continue to believe this story and the justifications to go to war with Iraq in the 90's.
It turns out, the girl was the daughter of Saud Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti ambassador to the United States, to which the CIA "encouraged" her to take acting lessons from the giant PR firm, Hill and Knowlton.

The whole incubator conspiracy was a plan to fake a reason to get into a war.

Not even a real attack like Pearl Harbor to convince Americans to go to war. The only thing real was that people were saying words about reality that weren't true.
The Gulf War resulted in over 135,000 Iraqi's killed, and over 1 million died as a result of 10 years of sanctions. All of this evil done to innocent people, based on the lies of a Kuwaiti ambassadors daughter so they could get the US to defend their thieving slanted oil drilling.

And then sonny Bush took up from his father and went to war with Iraq himself, this time with fakenews and hoax justifications about WMDs to get people onboard. The real reason has more to do with US foreign policy to sustain the empire, oil, and to prevent Saddam from going off the US-Petro dollar by going back to gold. Qaddafi did the same thing. Both got taken out.
