Distributed Intelligence Agency

Back in the early days of the internet some colleagues and I were talking about setting up a bunch of news groups to collect pictures of famous people. A sort of internet of paparazzi, if you will.

With the near total collapse of print journalism and the rise of the Fakebook news feed it might be time that we built our own Distributed Intelligence Agency.

I'm new to Steem and Steemit, but it seems like this is something that the steem chain would be well suited for. How do we make this happen?
