Isn't it terrifying? I understand why all of these messages sound exactly the same; it's all boiler plate. Why change something that sounds good and reads well?

Its an agenta pushed from the Presidents office to media. Good old propaganda.
It doesn't come from the President's office. He doesn't control the main stream media. That is controlled almost entirely by 5 or 6 large corporations who are pro deep state and anti Trump. That's why Trump has been using Twitter and large rallies to get his message out.
