Faith And Work.

I watched an Instagram video and i was deeply touched. Never limit your faith, stretch it and work towards it.

I think there was a radio show that came up and a believing woman called to tell them she has been having faith that God would feed her, as she has no money and food to eat.

After the show, a non-believing woman wanted to mock her and she decided to get this woman's address. She got the address and asked her secretary to look for the address and deliver lot of food stuffs to this poor woman. She told her secretary to tell the poor woman, when she asks who sent those items that "It is from the devil".

The secretary left, searched and got the address. Knocked on the door and the poor woman came to attend to her. She delivered all the food stuffs to her and this woman was so excited to receive them.

After receiving all that was sent, the secretary asked her, "Are you not curious to know who sent you all these?". The poor woman responded, "I don't care, but just tell the person thanks for me. I am not bothered who sent it, because when God commands, even the devil obey".

What was meant for harm for her turned out to be good for her. Our faith shapes our world. What we believe in soon manifests into our reality. Stir your faith and take steps towards it. When Jesus asked Peter to come, when He was walking on water, Peter took the step needed, coupled with his faith and he also walked on water. The moment he took his eyes off Jesus and focused on the turbulent sea, he began to sink.

"Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowd. After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone, and the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it.
Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost,” they said, and cried out in fear.
But Jesus immediately said to them:
“Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”
“Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.”
“Come,” he said.
Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”
Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?”".
